Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier or safer. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" or '' Checkout'' and you will be asked for your shipping address. This will enable the site to calculate the correct shipping cost and whether to include VAT or subtract it. This will then give you the final totals before you need to commit to buying. If you wish to continue, simply enter your payment details on the next screen.

We accept credit and debit cards and Paypal from the UK and all overseas countries listed

If an item is out of stock you will be given the delivery time and the option to
1) Await delivery of your chosen item
2) Wherever possible a more expensive alternative item will be offered at no extra charge
3) If neither of these options is acceptable you may change or cancel your order

Shipping And Handling In the UK mainland all items will be sent by registered post or overnight courier service for next day before noon delivery, insured for the full amount.
Scottish highlands, Ireland and UK islands - Orders usually received in 1 to 4 days
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International signed for, or Airsure where available. These are usually received in 3 to 6 days

Delivery Schedule We pack your in stock order the same day, and if placed before 1pm you will normally receive it the next business day before 12 noon within the UK. Orders placed after 1 pm are usually received in 48 hours. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and the site will automatically deduct the VAT for an address outside the EU when you have entered it. For addresses such as the Channel Islands where your country is UK, you can and click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit /debit card info is handled on secure server by a registered third party for your complete protection.

Guarantee We guarantee your complete satisfaction. All of our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. We will replce or refund in the unlikely event of your goods being received in an unsatisfactory condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
